Review: Optrimax Plum Delite

I’m constipated and that sucks I know. I’m really tired of being constipated! I just poop for only once or twice a week and I always feel that I’m bloated and blocked. I strain on the toilet with no results or if ever, with results that are very painful because feces that stay in the bowel too long become hard and dry.

Poop: What’s Normal and What’s Not!

What you see in the toilet can give you clues about how your gastrointestinal tract is functioning. As for appearance, the Bristol Stool Chart is a handy tool to help you learn what healthy stool looks like. Ideally, your stool should approximate Types 3, 4, and 5, "like a sausage or a snake, smooth and soft" to "soft blobs that pass easily." Type 4 is the Holy Grail. So I usually poop like Type 1 and 2.

About Optrimax Plum Delite

What Plum Delite can do?

Healthy Detoxification For Light-Weight Sensation!
Improve intestinal health with healthy probiotics
Minimize beauty and health problems with effective detoxification
Achieve desirable weight with reduced fat absorption with green tea and pu’er tea mix

Ingredients:
Each and every plum is handpicked when they are 70-80% ripe to assure that only the most succulent plums are chosen. These choice plums are then meticulously pickled over 6 months in a premium concoction using special vats for that proprietary good taste.
Micro-punctures made in the skin prior to the pickling process optimize the pickled taste and allow thorough permeation of the probiotics and tea mix for maximum effects thereafter.

Plums provide a zero-fat good-tasting source of fibre.

Probiotics improve intestinal health and promote effective detoxification, minimising beauty and health problems while helping you attain that slim silhouette.

Green Tea and Pu-er Tea mix reduces fat absorption, empowering you to achieve your desirable body weight quickly.

Instructions:

Take 1 Optrimax Plum Delite after lunch or dinner. For best results, ensure adequate intake of at least 1.5L of water daily.

My Experience

I tried the range of laxatives like slimming teas, dulcolax tablets etc. but I’m experiencing discomfort and severe abdominal cramping. Also, these medicines should not be taken daily or in a long period use because this may lead to dehydration and low potassium levels.  Long-term use can also make bowels dependent on laxatives to work.

As we all know, regular bowel movements are needed to remove toxins and wastes from our body. So I looked for a natural alternative to taking a medicinal laxative and I found Optrimax Plum Delite.

My mom has a friend who is a seller of this and gave me 2 boxes as free samples of it for me to try. 1 box will costs P1,200 and 1 box contains 10 sachets of plums that is good for 10 days.

This is what expected inside those sachets:

I consume one yummy plum a day for 2 weeks! On my first week, I pass every other day which consist of formed, brown stools, not too hard, not too loose, which I think is normal.

On my second week it became frequent, like I pass every day with slightly loose stools but I just sometimes experienced a mild to moderate abdominal discomfort before passing.

Keep in mind that individual digestion and bowel habits vary. When it comes to regularity, everyone's different. My goal here is to be symptom-free - i.e., no pain, abdominal discomfort, bloating, constipation sensation or heartburn which turns out to effective using Optrimax.

Since this product claimed to be a wonderful and effective weight loss product, I also then first measured my waistline to know how much inches will be shed off. So from 29 Inches, I lose 1 inch in 2 weeks!

Final Judgment

I would love to recommend this product to anyone because it is effective. Optrimax really did help me to poop but turned out to be really expensive. It will cost P120/day for each piece of plum and P3600 pesos for 1 month use.

We could also try dried plums or prune juice that can be bought in super market and try simple fixes first: Move more, drink more water and add fiber to your diet.

Everyone has their own normal pattern of bowel movements, but if you find that you frequently experience symptoms of constipation, and if eating more fiber and drinking more water doesn’t help, talk to your doctor. He can determine whether a health check is necessary.
